I'm on day 6. Kicking butt and taking names ;+D I'm going for 90 days till my b'day in Sept. Best present I can think of. Instead of a birfday party I'm having a "Respawning" partay ;+D

Greens can get pretty intense and bitter so to make them more palatable use cukes and celery which have high water content as your base with your fave greens alternating them daily. You want variety both for flavor and to balance out your nutrients. Lemon and ginger help tame the bitter green flavahs. You can also use apples instead of lemons.
I'm drinking fruits in the mornings. My juice today was:

Pear
Peach
Many recommend enemas on juices feasting but since I've always been regular and I just don't resonate with sticking a hose in my butt every day. I'm doing the Master Cleanse protocol of lax tea at night. SWF in the morning.
The other thing I'm doing is if I'm gonna be out and about I'm making up the Master Cleanse recipe since that keeps pretty well in a cooler. I was going to do this just on my intuition but when I read it in the Juice Feasting handbook I posted earlier that just clinched the deal.
