Anxiety Killed Her


I'll bet the title of this post caused anxiety...

That's what we're about to address, the disturbed mind.

First of all, relax. Anxiety won't kill you. At least not right away. All the related health issues anxiety causes might, but not before you'll know how to remedy this.

Anxiety is based upon events which trigger the "physical emergency response" in the body to go off.

It can become a chronic way of being for many people.

Taking benzo-drugs and other chemicals, although useful in acute situations, can be very dangerous to your well being.

So, the reason you're here is because you want to cure anxiety, right?

I have two suggestions, and this is based upon the fact that I have had anxiety. We all have. My early adult years were somewhat on the acute side of what is called a 'disorder'.

The secret is to get out of the "PER" (physical emergency response). The way to do this is simple.

1. Do not voice your fears. "Speak no evil."

2. Engage in activity that causes you to be 'out of your mind' as often as you can. This is what I mean: play music, exercise, take up photography, or walk in nature.

3. Stop visiting doctors. Or calling healers. If you have been diagnosed (probably many times) as having an anxiety disorder - you got one!

So if you get this early portion down, the main points being this: stop talking about the problem, focusing on it, treating it, validating it!

It's time to take the next step.

I have been on a product, and I refer it to many individuals, called RnA drops.

In my experience, there has never been a product in existence that induces such a feeling of mental-clarity.

What I'm suggesting is that your vibration will raise.

You may indeed experience a new sensation of bliss or ease-of-mind.
