It really is amazing to do them together. I have taken Humaworm by itself many times. With the Humacleanse I noticed the absence of weird gas or bloating associated with doing a parasite cleanse and I attribute that to the psyllium. It made my gut/intestines feel so good through out the cleanse.
Now that I have finished both protocols, like a few days ago, I have the gas and bloating! Makes me think I may need to go back on a pysllium supplement because it is such a good cleaner. Kinda bummed about the post cleanse gas situation. Any suggestions? In about two weeks I am going to do a 30 day candida cleanse that does involve probiotics.
