How do I know if I'm improving?
I'm frustrated. After hitting a plateau in trying to deal with my candida, I finally took the step of having my dental
Amalgams removed on March 31.
Well, it's been 2 months. So far, my hunger/need for food has reduced SOMEWHAT, but it seems to be going down very damn slowly. As in, I can't tell a difference between, say, this week and 3 weeks ago. But I do seem to be able to be satiated by food for a longer amount of time than before I had them removed.
I also have more energy generally. Those are the only two changes I've noticed. My candida still flares up if I eat so much as a single banana, though I seem to be able to knock it back down if I take enzymes 20 minutes later, though I don't know if that's helping actually kill the candida or merely prevent it from spreading.
I'm taking Heavy Metal Cleanse by Renew Life (it contains 20mg ALA), a multivitamin, vitamin D, and zinc every day, along with liquid
Bentonite clay.
But I can't feel any improvement over the past few weeks. Is it happening very slowly? Is there a faster way to do this? In a month, should I take 100mg of ALA or something? I am not reacting badly to the 20mg I'm taking now.
It just seems strange that I get two noticeable improvements a week after I get the fillings taken out, and then nothing. I hope I didn't hit a plateau dealing with mercury as well. I want it and candida GONE permanently.
