Anti-hypertensive action

I neglected to produce any anti-hypertensive recommendations, there are many on this board. I prefer to base most answers on research like:

However, an accurate source of hypertension identification is required to compile a comprehensive plan to return blood pressure back into a good range. Some suffer from hypotension, equally undesirable.
