my solution for acne

Deep seated (cystic) pimples and how to prevent them.

It seems that some people produce them and some don’t. That creates a mystery as of what causes them. Modern dermatology will go as far as to suggest to wait until they will go away on their own, or will give you a few months worth of Antibiotics or Accutane (to interfere with you natural liver functions in order to reduce the oil production in your body). I myself had Acne for nearly 30 years. And now I have a solution.

Follow these two simple rules for life:
1. Never eat hydrogenated fat, not under any name. That includes margarine, donuts, cookies from the store (except some cookies from Whole Foods store. Read ingredients.), chocolate. If ingredients say modified oils, don’t risk it as well, but be on look out for hydrogenated oils. On the other hand you can make your own cookies with butter or vegetable oil (least processed one you can get). Same thing with chocolate. Make your own, mix cocoa, butter, Sugar etc., whatever recipe you can get your hands on. Jams are fine to it as well. That’s not all, watch for ice cream as well, they add hydrogenated oil there too.
2. Stay away from alcohol. That includes wine, beer and the rest. If you don’t mind to have a few pimples, go for a sip or two. It always gives me pimples though.

So, this is it. Does it seem too harsh? Not for me. In my experience, following this regimen will clear all your skin in 2 month. I’m doing this for just over 1 year and still amazed to see that it was that simple. Mind you that I sway off course some times in the form of a having a bit of wine. The result will be a pimple however small or medium or big. There is no predicting the size. So, recently I stopped drinking wine all together – just not worth it. Another thing I noticed is Antibiotics help rid of pimples that are kind of lingering in a particular area of the body. I had some sore throat recently and my doctor gave me Antibiotic called ‘ratio-aclavulanate’. It helped to clear those wine produced lingering pimples. Keep in mind I’m not advocating for Antibiotics . I’m recommending the two rules solution, very occasional antibiotics may be for 10 days. Although, I do not have any authority or deep knowledge on antibiotics. I found that walnut oil can be an antibiotic. I experimented with 1-2 teaspoons of oil per day and had very good results.

A little details on hydrogenated oils. We all know that trans fats are bad, but I encourage you to read about hydrogenated fats too. Some nutritionists come as far as to call them evil. I happen to agree. Fats are used by our bodies to build membranes in our cells. As a result, membranes become faulty with all possible consequences to us, including heart diseases. By the way, did I mention that hot chocolate (ones you dissolve from the bag) contains hydrogenated fat? Yes it does. Anyways, our food industry produces hydrogenated fat by overheating refined vegetable oil and bombarding it with hydrogen gas in an effort to produce a fully saturated fat (which never happens anyways and some trans fats are always present). How would you like to going to that industrial plant and eat a scoop of that (Frankenstein-like) hydrogenated fat fresh produced by a loving nature, oops from the factory. Do you think your body really needs to consume that kind of junk? Speaking of junk, most chips contain hydrogenated oils as well. Anyways, follow these two simple rules and be healthy.
Yours truly.
