Re: Adrenal Fatigue causes low back pain and weak knees.
My goodness, gina!!!!
I've had lower back pain for over 30 years and NONE of the docs have EVER found out what is the reason. The best 'guess' has been 'bone spurs'. I have to sit on a heating pad all the time and I cannot stand or sit or walk too long without pain there.
The last few years I've had pain and cramping in my feet and toes too. I take magnesium inside and rub it on outside but it doesn't help much. I am EASILY able to 'pull' a muscle in my calves as well.
The last few months I've started having pain in my left knee too. Sometimes it is ok, other times I start to walk and pain bolts down and up my leg from the pain in the knee. It's like something is out of whack with the tendons or something. I've also had shoulder pain for several years on the left side which shoots pain down my arm.
I'm tired of taking pain relievers all the time because they don't really deal with the pain and neither do the rubs and creams or infrared heat massagers! I just tough it out the best I can.
Of course, there is no doc around here who'd do any kind of test for adrenal function ... I can't even get my regular doc to test for hypothyroid! If I asked her about adrenal tests I'm sure she'd look at me like I've sprouted horns.
Nary any naturopaths within two hours in any direction either and I couldn't afford one even if I could find one since hubby hasn't worked since his heart attack on April 12th!!! So I feel like I am falling apart piece by piece one piece at a time with no hope or help in sight which has me severely depressed, anxious, stressed and fearful ... all of which only make everything WORSE. Catch 22!
If it wasn't for my relationship with Jesus, I'd have jumped off the nearest bridge long ago and called it DONE ... OVER AND OUT!!!
