Properly means that you have to follow the same methodology than the serious penis size studies.

In fact you have 3 states of penis: flaccid, stretched and erect. furthermore, you don't mention if it is bone pressed or non bone pressed.

So you have to measure using the same methodology than scientists in order to be able compare.
