You've got lots of good advice here, so don't despair. You certainly need to take care of your intestines before you attempt any more liver flushes.

y the way, the person who posted about that gallstone crushing product seems to be selling it. She never posted on CZ except to plug this product. None of us here have heard of such product before. So, beware!
