This is what i don't like about many of the vegetarian arguments and also studies although you didn't present any. They treat meat like its all the same. Do you think a local co op with grass fed humanely treated cows are using this glue? I'd say no. Chances are the glue is used on the commercial meats which in that case are already a health disaster with the amount of pesticides, hormones and grain they eat. Meat is not Meat, the quality matters, but my question is, is even the finest healthiest raised meat a health risk and if so why?
