LF cleanses parasites (photo)

after 2 days of my 3d LF (this morning) this thing came out of me, it was 35 cm long, I've taken it to analyze but as soon as the doctor saw it he said it looked like an "ascaris lumbricoide". The day after the LF I made a coffee enema and afterward a 2L water enema, this was yesterday, and I didn't make parasite treatment before the LF, although I made one two months ago, but I took a Clark's black wallnut capsule with the oil and grapefruit

I think it must have been inside the gallbladder, if not, wouldn't it be too much casuality going out after a liver and gallbladder cleanse?
