I feel most of you have missed the mark when it comes to Dry Fasting. The beautiful thing about it is you can DF no matter what major fast you're attempting...be it Master Cleanser, Juice, Water Only, or whatever.
The correct Dry Fast is to go 'absolute' until it gets a little painful, then revert back to your major fast. Next time go until it's a little more painful, etc., etc....until a Healing occurs. The Dry Fasts will become longer and longer. I can envision as many as 7-days, but my thinking may be Limited......WY
P.S. I feel now that Juice Fasting is the best major fast...much less severe than Water Only. You must consider the Mental, as well as the Physical.
