Oh well I take it in capsule form with CoQ10 and I love it so far.
Just wanted to make sure it wouldn't disrupt inflammation of gut.
For the record I think my gut inflammation is LARGELY based on parasites. I've treated them before and had big time die off - and subsequent symptom relief (like normal BM's) - but then I went off for 2 months and boy are they back.
Parasites become a player in really sick individuals who's immune systems are suppressed.
In healthy individuals the parasites that may reside in their gut is kept in check from a working immune system/adrenal function
Ingesting diatomaceous earth can be used to destroy intestinal parasites and both yucca root and licorice root are great for reducing intestinal inflammation.
