Re: Aspergers?

Thanks Diana, there is a lot of misinformation surrounding Autism, and many of the theories put forward on CZ, have been proven false by scientific investigation. Its very important for people, particularly people with Autistic children, to be as fully informed as possible, and not given false hope by internet scammers, or those that are just don't know what they are talking about.

One of the theories I find particularly obnoxious, is the theory that vaccinations cause Autism, this has been thoroughly disproven, but it is still taken seriously on the internet. I am a living example of the fact that this theory is rubbish. I've seen many families go through hell because of the misinformation put out by people with vested interests, such as the ones that sell chelation products.

Anyway, I'll get off my soapbox now :)

Always happy to help.
