hey Avacado girl! I know thi mesege is okd but I was wondering if you could tell me more about your IC and candida. I am on the candia diet right now, and while I have never been oficially diagnosed with IC my bladder seem to be really irritated. ( I was prescribed Antibiotics when this all strarted) Anyways! Id love to know more about how you helped your self!
