tested for Sjögren's/ blood vessel inflammation (vasculitis?)

I know I said I should stop getting tests, but I hadn't been to rheumatalogy yet. She ordered 16 blood tests. One possibility is Sjögren's (a cousin of lupus) and another is vasculitis (blood vessel inflammation.) Many of my symptoms match these. Also, my brain MRI's mentioned vasculitis/inflammation as a possible reason for the 30-40 tiny lesions. Tiny as in not too bad but worth writing in the repot. (?)
