Yes it is hard in the beginning to sort out all the information, but when the brain fog start to lift; as it usually does with iodine, it gets easier.
Yes you will need vit C, Selenium + all the other companions like magnesium, salt, vit B etc.

The dosage you mention is good for a start; we take much more to get the benefits of iodine; 50-100 mgs daily and upwards! (One drop of 2% of Lugols contains approx 2,4 mg)
