Brown rice has been a saviour for me, since it is my staple at the moment....it is so healthy and full of B-vitamins. I have to say, though, I wouldn't be eating solely brown rice just for 'fun'...or 'a great way to start the Summer'..And I (and perhaps others with adrenal fatigue) may resent the notion of fasting for any reason when it's been difficult enough to try to maintain a quality, nutritious diet! Survival mode is not 'fun'.
