Best Acne Treatments For Oily Skin?

Best Acne Treatments For Oily Skin?

by GOOD SAMARITAN on MAY 20, 2011
What are the best Acne treatments for oily skin? It’s called paleo diet. Where 100% RAW paleo diet is best and cooked paleo diet a far second in effectiveness. Acne is merely detox through your skin. Cooked food is just dirty and polluted. Humans are not meant to eat cooked food, period. Habitual eating of cooked food, even on cooked paleo diet is not optimal, not at all.

Witness the experience of a young man who went on 100% raw paleo diet to cure his acne. He was acne free. Then he went to college. And in college, the best he could practice was a cooked paleo diet. So his acne is back!

“I can’t go back to raw paleo currently. My face was always super clear when I was raw paleo but college makes it way too hard. Which one of your detox protocols is best for acne in your opinion?”

So I suggested he try some detox protocols such as egg yolk Liver Flushing which is raw egg yolks, raw lemon and raw virgin coconut oil. Look, all raw fats and the lemon cleanser to cleanse the liver.

Stepan Stastny aptly put it this way:

“Many low carb “experts” praise their diets without knowing a thing about the destructive properties of AGEs in cooked proteins/fats. The pro aging effects of AGEs are even written in conventional pathophysiology textbooks yet everyone seem to ignore this as they eat their cooked cereals and cooked meats, the worst culprits of dietary Advanced Glycation End Products.”

Cooked food is suboptimal. I want you to internalize that. Raw food is the nature specified food for humans. Raw paleo diet works absolutely for acne and is the best treatment for acne and oily skin.

Cooked paleo dieters need to understand that theirs is a mere transition diet to raw paleo diet. Know which way you are going, raw paleo diet is it!
