Yesterday we went to a restaurant located inside a forest. The place has a private garden. We saw a poisonous caterpillar and she didn't resist shooting it from close range. As a child, she wanted to walk barefoot to be bitten by a scorpion! Perhaps the insects also adore her too much! ;) BTW: The Precessionary moth (Thaumetopoea pityocampa) is a major pest to pine forests in southern Europe. This is not the one we saw, but they are very frequent here.
Apart from the small talk, I can report that she had a new outburst of itching during the night. This morning she had new spots throughout the body. I understand that the diagnosis is not easy to do from distance and with so little information.
Tomorrow she goes to the doctor, but I do not put much faith in this visit.
Would you still suggest the same ingredients (licorice root, ginger, echinacea), even if the cause may be different from insect bite?
