White flour is 'neutral', whole wheat should be avoided??

I am new to this Blood Type Diet thing, and actually much of what I read about Bs so far is in huge congruence with my own experiences. So that's good actually :)

However, when going through this page:
//www.curezone.org/ER4YT/grains.asp

I was quite surprised to read that 'white flour products' are considered neutral, while for instance 'whole wheat products' should be avoided. Am I missing something??

Also, that curezone-page lists a lot of different types of wheat products. Yet all wheat contains gluten, correct? How can 'Wheat (gluten flour products)' then have the status 'Avoid', while for instance 'Wheat (white flour products)' is considered 'Neutral'?

Thanks a lot in advance for any insights!
