If it doesnt happen to you during self-gratification, it is clear that has to do with the presence of the girl. So you have to ask yourself,, why it goes fine alone and not so good with her? in my opinion, it could that you experied fear to not perform properly or it could be that in general you are a bit shy or suffer from some type of social anxiety.

To be able to enjoy sex properly, you have to be relaxed. You have to get loose. And think is your time to enjoy. focus on her, on her body.

Dont worry too much, do sport, eat properly and i think it will be fine.


I am 29, and been having similar problems. I think a bit more serious than yours. Becuase i experence it also in self-gratification. Mine have been more a mix between lack of sexua| desire and not being able to have good erections.
