Re: Notes from my early days of iodine supplementation

Thank you Wombat. My sister is having bilateral mastectomies done this summer with reconstruction for lobular carcinoma in situ. I am sure I also suffer this same condition. She explained to me that she does not want to go the "natural" route as it does not "work for her." I had no leg to stand on really. I have been doing the "natural" route for so long but I am still suffering. Though, I still think it is the right & only real path to healing, so I am not giving up. I am currently up to 75mgs Lugols. My left breast throbs every day...practically ridgid from the massive cysts & fibroids. My right ovary is beating to the same drum. My last period, 2wks ago almost landed me in the hospital due to my right ovary feeling as tho it was rupturing. And now it is waking me each night in the middle of the night...pounding, pounding pounding. I have also been on Chinese Bitters for over a month (stopped during my period), and Comptis at night. The Comptis seems to really be helping with the liver discomfort. And I plan to do Gold Coin Grass in a few months, as well as increas Iodine to 100mgs eventually. I do hope the healing comes soon.

Thanks for your words, they give hope...
