all the plaque i have passed has been orange/tan (sometimes filled with dark feces). the worms come in different colors though. some are black (when dead and rotten). do you think it could have been a worm casing? some of the worms i pass are just slimy skins where the guts have mostly leaked out. i can't photo these because they break apart too easily. they are usually orange or red. but they are definitely worm. i don't think others would consider this type of stuff worm debris if they saw it in their stool. most would think it mucus.
but i've been investigating my BMs for 6 months and juice fasting 43 days. colon cleansing for 60 days. de-worming for 6 moths. when i take my de-wormers, that stuff comes out.
the black worms are usually formed though. at least in 1.5 inch pieces.
thickness would suggest plaque though.
thanks for sharing. good to know i'm not the only one.
