What you describe could be an infection with filarial worms (spread by the mosquitos) - Onchocerca volvulus, Wucheria Bancrofti and Loa loa, they seem to be packed all together and yes, they are in the face/jaw area, scalp, in addition to all over the body.
These filarie also infect with a lyme bacterias, so it gets all complicated and takes really long time to clear.

Regular anti-paratise herbal remedies (or prescription drugs for parasites) do not help with these (based on personal experience).

What I found helping a bit is taking baths with a lot of salt, vinegar and some herbs, like mint or eucalyptus or you can experiement with other herbs like Wormwood , Black-Walnut - let them sit in the water for 30 min and then simmer for 30 min, then add to your bath water. I found this more helpful than ingesting, very likely because all these filarias are just under the skin or in the muscle tissues mainly and if you ingest things they don't have a strong impact on these.

Let me know pls if you found something else that could help after you'll start experimenting. I'm fighting this for some time and know it's like a total nightmare to get rid of these.
