Pre- and Post-Candida Bowel Movements: What Are/Were Yours Like?
Yeah, it's Saturday night and I'm thinking about bowel movements. Thank candida for that.
For the first twenty-plus years of my life, my bowel movements were very, very well-formed. I'm saying, clean and relatively dry to the point where I never even needed to use toilet paper (Of course I did anyway, but nothing ever came off).
Fast forward to my mid-twenties, after my bout with intravenous
Antibiotics and my continuous junk food diet, my bowel movements began to get looser and looser until some days where I would have to wipe like 15 times after a bowel movement. This is how my bowel movements stayed until I hit "the wall," where candida basically took over my body and I realized it was candida I was dealing with, and then my BMs became even worse to the point where I was barely able to get a solid formed BM to save my life.
Nowadays, after a few months on Candex, Primal Defense, antifungals, kefir and the candida diet, my bowel movements improved a ton, to the point where I actually had periods where they were at my clean-as-a-whistle younger days. However, if I slip up on the diet even a little bit, I see an immediate loosening of my BMs and head right back to the million-wipers again. Then it takes days or weeks of Candex, kefir, etc., to bring my BMs under control again.
So how about you all?? I know many of you complain about being constipated, but how does candida affect your BMs otherwise?
