Re: Awesome! Which one? Re: Tinctures in the oils?

Knee - you'll likely see/get *much* more immediate results & action from the Deep Tissue Repair oil...but if you haven't already tried nightly castor oil packs & hot/cold therapy, those are your first 'go to's'...especially if you're on a budget.

Gums - Oak bark is a Dr. Christopher "classic" for gums - he says it is "Strongly astringent, slowly antiseptic..." and we know it tightens gums effectively. Yet it might be that his Tooth Powder would be even more beneficial, as it has White Oak bark PLUS comfrey (cell regeneration!); horsetail grass (vegetable silica for good mineralization); peppermint & cloves (both much more 'antiseptic' than oak bark), and of course, Lobelia ('the thinking herb' :)

Then there's Dr. Schulze liquid 'Tooth & Gum', you can read about that in the second half of this post: //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1417901#i

If it were me, I'd use the liquid for brushing and/or swishing (for swishing, diluted with water) and then pack my gums with Dr. Christopher's Tooth Powder (or the plain oak bark, but methinks the powder blend would likely be more beneficial in your case).

Blessin's aplenty :)
