I use Oxypowder and a gentle fibre supplement which keep me regular and comfortable, with the optimum 2,3 or 4 bowel movements per day. I began using Oxypowder several months ago, and as my colon is gradually becoming cleaner,my digestion improving, and my liver less sluggish I have been able to gradually reduce the dosage. I am also regaining good peristalsis.
