New to this so any advice would be great, how long should you wait between each meal? or does it depend on how long it takes each fruit to digest? how can I make sure I get enough iron and b 12? I have been eating meals of 5 magos some days, a whole pineapple as another meal, some grapes and oranges or grape fruit..YUMMMMMMMM I love this I wanna eat like this forever I feel amazing
