Re: Cleansing results?

I wish I could afford allergy tests, but just isn't in the budget. I would assume I do. It's interesting to know what all the mucus was from.

I've cleansed for 4 weeks straight, but had to stop for a week. Just couldn't handle the die off symptoms any longer.

This week, since stopping, my stomach has never felt so good. No bloating, no constipation or gas. It's heavenly. I just feel serene. My bloating was so bad, I looked six months pregnant.

Almost makes me not want to start cleansing again. Probably should, huh?
