Re: alkalize your body....

I'm going to post the answer to this in the hope it will help both the poster above and Klassy Kat, too. Pleasae try your best to obtain the necessary information to see why our bodies become acid in the first place.

Calcium is the alkalinizing mineral for the body. When the colon has the nasty, hard, black stuff caked on it's walls because of carbs and also injury from the drugs, it's hard to absorb calcium. A sick body is deficient in all minerals as magnesium is the one most are deficient in, too, that is responsible for so many enzymatic activities in the body. Mineral deficiency HAS to be the #1 problem in a sick body. Contrary to what some have heard, too, a liver flush doesn't remove minerals from the body. Up front, what's necessary is a good colon cleanse and some supplementation, too, as well as choosing fresh foods with minerals that will allow the body to become more alkaline. The liver has to be working right, too, and cleaned up of what it has filtered out for garbage over the years.

Drugs for high blood pressure or anything else slow the liver down and poison it. What I've seen from my own experience is that candida takes over in a digestive system that isn't working correctly from antibiotics, drugs or other chemicals. Got to get rid of the drugs and do some cleaning, put the good minerals back in order to balance the body or see improvemnt in it's return towards the more alkaline side.

Hope this helps.
