Re: If AF doesn't exist, what do they think we have???

My GP's just thought I was depressed. They threw Synthroid, Trazadone and Lexapro at me. I knew something in my body wasn't working right more than just my thyroid. AF does exist. Really what do they when they hear that a celebrity collapses and is put in the hospital on bed rest for exhaustion? What about Micheal Jackson why the heck did he have to go to such extremes to get some sleep? What about Heath Ledger, why did he have so many perscritions drugs for sleep and to calm himself down? What does happen when we push ourselves too far? You know if you were lost for a month and had to survive on very little and then you were rescued no one would question way you feel weak and anxious on your return. We can overload ourselves in the real world too with mental and physical stress. Those people just haven't walked in our shoes.

There are some good doctors out there that do specialized in Adrenal Fatigue and hormone imbalances. They do know what it is. They are few and far between.
