It's amazing how, despite eating a ton of 'permissible' candida diet foods, I am still hungry pretty much 24 hours a day.
For example, for lunch these days I have been making myself turkey or beef burgers on the George Foreman grill out of 1 lb of meat with a large onion chopped up and mixed in. I then eat that for lunch with an entire sliced daikon radish and some tamari soy sauce on top. Altogether that's easily around 2 lbs worth of food, and it tastes great--yet somehow I'm hungry again less than 30 minutes later!
Granted, I am a pretty big guy, but this is ridiculous. Could it be that my 'hunger' is no really the candida overgrowth crying out to be fed with sweets or carbs? Lord knows that when my overgrowth was at its worst, I used to have obsessive cravings for sweets.
