This is funny to me. I wasn't literally thinking clay but I was thinking... "looks like clay, smells like clay, tastes like clay... by golly it must be clay!" haha
But yeah that was very interesting about the dehydration. Thank you for the post. I did drink a ton of water and found myself peeing clear for the next several hours as if my body couldn't hold any more. I always took this to be a sign that I'm hydrated. Plus I would feel terribly bloated at this dose, with my weight up and belly bloated. It felt awful. Water retention makes more sense to explain the weight gain. I figured the "clay" expanded with the water and held it so I had clay/water logs in me or some such... I must not understand how/why dehydration works if it is the case that my body held on to more because I'm dehydrated.
I am much heartened to hear that the weight comes off and that this may be part of something good. I feel much better since dropping my dose so perhaps I'll stay a bit above the normal dosage - but well below what I was on. I'll keep going. :)
