Dry Fasting is so much better than any other kind of Fast because the body tends to 'shrink', relieving the pressure internally, and allowing a better healing. Even a pure Water Fast causes the body to 'swell', putting pressure on internal organs and nerves. I speak from experience because I have Sciatica.
However, it is important to be Hydrated before beginning a Dry Fast.....WY
