Not sure what your weight is now or you want it to be. If you have no reserve fat you could stay very hungry and maybe get dizzy as well. If you only have bit of weight to drop then maybe do intermittent fasting like EAT STOP EAT.
He has a website. Short fasts are harder than longer ones as you have to fight hunger first three or four days every time. After day three or four if you have fat to burn you will not be hungry and can then go for long periods, 20 days,40 days not saying you should do this.Many women are anoriex or borderline anorexic. They think they are fat when they are not. If you have had child you will never lose that bit of stomach fat/loose skin. And really most guys don't like skinny women anyway.
But intermittent fasting combined with exercise can get you in great shape.
