YES. Just keep in mind that flabby tissue is the result of bad eating (too much processed food) and/or, starvation diet(like a so called "modified" fast bothering the bodily process by introducing little food and calories to your fasting days).

As long as you keep those rules in mind, you will have no problems with your skin.

Also try to fast more than 3 days when you do so (things get "interesting" in a nice way within our bodies after the 3rd day mark)

Also, and forgot to tell you this before, during your refeeding period, EXERCISE... Combine aerobics with some light weights. If you are physically fit or gifted for exercises -not all of us are- have good physical workouts, as much as possible. But only during the re-feeding period.

Smile, this is a good recipe. Not to mention the many health benefits you will gain with fasting.
