Hello all. I was wondering if anyone could help me out regarding a diet I will be trying for this cursed Body Odor condition. I don't know whether I have a bacterial or Candida overgrowth, so I have decided to combine the Candida diet with the low FODMAP diet (supposed to help with IBS and bacteria that causes fecal Body Odor ). As of now, I'm able to eat chicken, turkey, shrimp, green beans, and almond milk. I'm not sure about rice cakes since it will supposedly be broken down into Sugar during digestion, nor am I sure about lactose-free yogurt, pasta, and oatmeal (some sites say this stuff is okay, some say it's not). What do you guys think? Any tips would be appreciated.
