I would say probably to revolve the use of GSE, oregano, olive leaf, etc. Keep changing it up every four days. That approach is what worked best for me. Taking two of the more powerful natural antifungals like Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and oregano at the same time is sure to be a bit rough on your system.
Also, you need to add homemade kefir to your routine. That is really the best probiotic source out there.
