That's good that it is working for your. At the time, I found it very stimulating. Rhodiloa is considered a stimulant. It has been a few years since I researched it.
Although it improved my libido, I was getting increases anxiety. I knew it was acting as a stimulant in my case. I was also getting increased insomnia.
But if you are not experiencing this....it must be acting more like an adaptogen and less like a stimulant. Just pay close attention to your symptoms ;)
