I second the enzyme recommendation. IMO an enzyme supplement really is a must. Anti-fungals are whatever, but if I stop taking Candex, the condition of my bowel movements degrades rapidly and within a few days I am back to the 'thousand wipers' of the bad old days.

aijian, have you noticed a difference between Candex and Candidase? I have only ever used Candex, but if Candidase works better I wouldn't mind giving it a try.
