I never have any problems with bloating or
intestinal discomfort after eating, i can be constipated most times but i do not experience any discomfort after eating any type of foods, be it sweet or
anti candida food. but i do seem to get a lot of seb derm symtoms appearing.
i am 99% sure that its caused by candida because whenever i go low carb with my diet my seb derm gets a lot better. This week i've been eating so much fruit and brown rice, also potatoes. i know i proberbly overdone it but i wanted to see if my body would react. i was also talking up to 4 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil, so i guess me having a load of rashes appearing is nothing to be surprised about but i'm not sure if i was feeding the yeast or getting better. my bowel movements did get better while eating the fruit and brown rice though.
i've decided to go back to my low carb diet again because i think that is the best way to control candida. The low carb diet may be bland but it does have its positive side too. such as a clearer mind. emotional stability. focus, determination, imcreased energy levels.
when eating carbs i felt more tierd and wasn't able to focus on my studies either. i couldn't wake up in the morning and i felt more depressed.
so i think we should be glad that we are healthy eaters and not a prisoner to sugar. just my outlook
