It does! it's been sooooo effective on my acne... I use it as a spray morning and night and my breakouts have decreased so much it's incredible. I also use it on freshly popped zits to help heal the surface area better- and every time I don't, the mark it leaves on my face is so dramatically visible than the zits I spray the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement on right after. I recommend it to everyone who struggle with acne. Get on it, get a 2 oz spray bottle and put 10 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and 50 drops of citric acid solution (follow protocol) and fill up the bottle half way. Start spraying your face every morning and night after you've washed it and let it air dry (**note: be very careful if you have done any heavy exfoliating or chemical exfoliating/scrubs, your skin could react very sensitively to the topical spray).
