Re: Need some encouragement :(
What is "ICU" protocol? Intensive care unit?
If you have an infection for years, don't expect to clear it in days. It may take months, or a year easily. But you should feel improvements here and there; more and more over time. Keep a diary and note those improvements. You can even write down all the symptoms you have, and then as time goes on, notice how they are diminishing. That should give you more hope than anything else. The worst thing to do is to forget that you are getting better in at least some areas. Even if something gets worse, note that it is only temporary; but above all, note that it means you got it right!
You don't say what is your dosage, age, and how you are taking MBZ (Mebendazole)...
You also could be re-infecting yourself from your environment. The source of your re-infection could be food you are eating, or water you drink. In your place I would used cooked or distilled water and only well cooked food which I prepared myself, never restaurant food. I would also apply religous like zeal in cleaning the kitchen, utensils, bathroom, hands and so on. Wash your bathtub, toilet bowl, entire bathroom with bleach at least weekly if not even daily, and then let it ventilate (don't inhale those vapors!). Same with food preparation areas. Good restaurants soak their food preparation areas in bleach over night.
