Look up Progon B, it is the bio-identical natural progesterone oral form. I hear the synthetic cream for progesterone has bad side effects or you end up with the same side effects as with mirena in! Here is a link. That is what I am on now, don't know if I see much of a difference but I will give it a week to a month.

I dont know if it will act the same as the cream, the only side effects I am reading about it is that it can cause time changes in my menstrual cycle. I am on a low dose all month and then I see the naturopath at the end of month.
