What's the best way to take Nigella Sativa?

I must be getting serious about these little Black Seeds because I just ordered 5-pounds of the Whole seeds from IndusOrganics.com. I felt good about their site, plus they accepted PayPal.
Now...how to take them? I'll be using my high-speed Vitamix blender to liquefy the seeds, with a little Honey, Water, Fruit, and Greens. I have an aversion to cooking.
