I bought it in bulk from Pacific Botanicals and it's been sitting here not getting used until Unyquity convinced me to try it the other day. I've actually been much less hungry since I've taken it. I usually eat the same things every day and I've been too full to finish my usual portions.

Yesterday I took 1/4 of a teaspoon mixed into some water twice and today I took a half a teaspoon. I decided to add some Seasalt to it because it has potasium and is low in sodium.

It hasn't caused me any digestive discomfort I think because it doesn't have cell walls like most green plants. I can't remember the details but it's worth looking into.
