Fiber supplement for die-off? Found info on cellulose fiber.
Anyone have any luck using a fiber supplement for die-off?
Cant do mucilaginious/high soluble fibers(psyllium, flax etc-they make me bloated.
Thought of trying cellulose(insoluble fiber) dont know if it will feed the candida or not.
Trying to think of something for die-off other than betonite clay or vitamin C.
Charcoal does not absorb all of the candida toxins.
Sauna helps but does not help absorb toxins inside the gi tract.
I wish someone made a pumpkin seed fiber supplement i would be the first one to buy it. Pumpkin "seeds" do help a little with die off,but the "oil" in the seeds do seem to also create some die-off. Wish they made just the fiber.
Looks like psyllium is a fiber that can be fermented, whereas the insoluble cellulose is not fermented...maybe thats why psyllium gives me gas hmmmmm
Found this info. Maybe this might help with toxins..Worth a try?

Cellulose is an excellent source of insoluble fiber. Unlike soluble fiber, insoluble fiber does not feed undesirable bacteria well and is not readily fermented into short chain fatty acids. It has no effect on cholesterol levels and inactivates many intestinal toxins.* High intake of insoluble fiber is associated with a decreased risk of unfavorable conditions of the colon, potentially supporting balanced intestinal microbiology.*
----Interesting because psyllium is very high in soluble fiber which gives me a lot of gas=more fermented?
