MSM = gas?

Hi MSM fans, I love MSM and it has really helped my skin, especially in combo with vitamin C and Sea Salt . And iodine...

anyway, my first experience with MSM was with Dr's Best and I took A LOT, was taking it for parasites, so I was popping several pills throughout the day, no side effects at all.

MAN do I have gas now...I bought the Vitamin Store's own brand of MSM...one pill with or without a meal and I am farting like crazy....embarrassing and not fun :)


Are there sub standard ways to produce MSM powder ? The gas producing pills are capsules with powder.
