Ginger root supplement dangerous for those with gallstones??????

Hi------Lots of information I have read for dealing with nausea that comes from liver and gallbladder congestion says to take ginger. However, when I went to the natural foods store, EVERY bottle of ginger I picked up said "DO NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE GALLSTONES"! I do know it is considered safe for even PREGNANT women. Does anyone know why it is so highly recommended for nausea but the bottles say do not take if you have gallstones?????? Three ultrasounds say I do not have gallstones, sludge or thickening yet I do have fairly frequent nausea, especially after eating some particular foods. Thanks!
